During the last one year I have made many changes in my lifestyle that have helped me be a happier person but still there are times when one feels consumed by the amount of work that needs to be done, worries over the puniest matters, gets disturbed by worthless happenings and is overridden by stress, anxiety, anger and other similar feelings. Let us say this has been the story of my life during past couple of weeks, where I was cranky about everything coming my way, big or small, good or bad. I constantly felt overwhelmed juggling everything at hand and running on meager sleep and rest. This week was notoriously hectic. With everyday throwing a new tough situation at me at work or outside, I have run out of fuel and am struggling through the rest of the day. After contemplating, I have realized it is the time to hit snooze. With social media and worldly worries aside I am planning to spend this weekend relaxing. Also on the cards is some quality time with my books for rejuvenation.
