Batik Dress and a book review

While it has been almost a year and a half since I stated this blog, I cant believe how excited I get on reaching the little milestones along the way. The one that impacts me most is as I see the increase in daily traffic on my blog, so I would like to thanks all the wonderful readers taking out time for check out the blog.

I have been keeping up with most of my new year resolutions if not all. An important one was reading at least one book per month. I am on track but some I liked and the others not so much. I would be doing reviews of the ones I liked on the blog. I just finished reading"The Remains of the Day" by Kazuo Ishiguro, it is about the life of a butler. A very different perspective to narrate a story I guess. I would say there were points where I could related to the main character in the ways I tackle my work. It is an easy read and if you are somewhat like me and like to analyze and take away lessons from your reading, this one is a great read.

Coming to the outfit, this is probably the most comfortable dress I own. I love the batik print and the color as it pairs well with all the neutrals. The dress was snagged couple of years back from Mango on sale and has seen quite a bit of use since then.
